STEPHANIE HAMADA

Founder

Stephanie brings over 30 years of industry leadership, shaping high-impact PR campaigns and brand marketing strategies for luxury fashion and beauty brands. Most notably, she led Communications and Marketing for Tod's for over two decades, establishing the brand as a leader in the U.S. luxury market. During her tenure, she also developed VIP strategies that elevated global awareness for Roger Vivier, Hogan, and Fay.

Over the course of her career, Stephanie has cultivated an extensive network of relationships across print and digital media, VIP and celebrity, and retail—positioning her as a trusted and influential voice within the industry.

LAUREN CLARKE JENSEN

Managing Partner

Lauren joined SBGC as Managing Partner in 2021, bringing with her a depth of experience across luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle communications. Prior to SBGC, she served as Vice President of PR at Karla Otto, where she oversaw communications for leading luxury houses including Jil Sander, Roberto Cavalli, and Rochas, as well as contemporary labels such as AG Jeans, Maje, Carbon38, and Tamara Mellon. During this time, she also collaborated with Cartier on global events and supported fine jewelry house Repossi.

Her earlier career includes in-house communications roles at Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, and Calvin Klein, as well as serving as Editor-in-Chief of Harper's BAZAAR Singapore during her time living in Asia—further shaping her global perspective and editorial approach.
